– Works directly with the editorial communications team to produce projects from inception to go-live,
including logo development, branded templates and developed work flows. Also assists
internal communications and hospitality on large events to assure branding is on point, including
graphics for the environment of the event (wall graphics, promotional ads running on Bank screens
and emails) and event deliverables as well (power point decks and printed/digital signage.)
– Collaborates with the external affairs team to methodically evolve external branding to align with
internal so there will not be an obvious disconnect from one brand look to the next.
– Processes concurrent projects on a weekly basis, including creating carousel graphics for the
internal site, creating ads for the Bank-wide screens and laying out and creating graphics for a weekly,
all-employee newsletter.
– Worked directly with an agency to build a brand for the Chicago Bank and was the lead in the roll out
process, the refresh of the internal website and the external recruiting site, and the creation and
implementation of the Brand Messaging Center for all employees to download templates, logos
and style guides.
– Managed team of design employees and contractors, including delegating assignments,
building relationships with external departments to ensure their work is within brand standards
and using design expertise to evolve existing materials into better-suited formats for internal
and external audiences.

system-wide conferences, monthly newsletter releases, department annual reports and event
templates for the Events and Hospitality teams.

CVENT e-alerts for publications.
